About Claw Eden
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Claw Eden is an online arcade brand that connects players to real claw machines and physical coin pushers, alongside a separate collection of virtual arcade games. This page explains what the website does, how the real-machine experience works and how we maintain the information published here.
1. What Claw Eden is
The real-machine side of Claw Eden uses physical arcade equipment viewed and controlled over the internet. A player watches a live machine view and uses the controls available for that room. A separate virtual game may be produced by software, and a virtual result should not be described as a physical-machine result.
The game experience is provided through the play entry. This website is an information and discovery site: it explains game types, prizes, result boundaries, support processes and practical guides.
2. What this website does
- Introduces the available game formats and explains how they differ.
- Shows physical prize information and product views so players can understand what a prize is before checking the current room.
- Publishes guides about controls, positioning, coin-pusher observation, result recording and support.
- Explains fair-play principles, recorded results and the boundaries of a physical play.
- Provides support and contact routes for account, result, prize and privacy questions.
3. What this website does not do
- It does not sell the physical prizes shown as a direct-purchase store.
- It does not publish live inventory or promise that a specific prize is available in a specific room.
- It does not publish guaranteed odds, win rates, hidden machine settings or a "best" position that always works.
- It does not replace the current rules shown in the game, room or account.
4. How physical prizes and results work
In a real claw-machine play, touching or briefly lifting a prize is not a completed result. The prize normally needs to reach the prize chute and the game needs to record the result as successful before the physical prize is added to the backpack.
The backpack or account area shows the recorded prize and the actions available at that time. Prize availability and room details can change, so the current in-game information is the source of truth. Shipping eligibility, destinations and handling times are governed by the current rules and the support process.
5. How we keep information clear
Our guides describe what a player can observe: the live view, the controls, the target, the prize chute and the recorded result. We separate confirmed information from details that must be checked in the current game. We also state what a guide cannot tell you, such as internal machine settings or a guaranteed outcome.
Content is maintained by the Claw Eden editorial team. Our Editorial Policy explains how pages are prepared, dated and corrected.
6. Fair play and support
We expect players to use the controls and processes as intended. Bots, scripts, automation, attempts to manipulate results or interference with machines and other users are not permitted. The Fair Play page explains the difference between a visible action and a recorded result.
If a result, prize or shipping state appears inconsistent, contact service@claweden.com with the room, approximate time and a description of what you observed. The support page lists the details we need.
