2. Support requests

For a game result, connection or prize issue, include:

• The game and room involved.
• The approximate date and time of the play.
• What the machine view showed and what result your account recorded.
• A screenshot only if it does not expose another user's or private information.

3. Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email service@claweden.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before acting. See the Privacy Policy for details about the information we handle.

4. Editorial corrections and permissions

For an error, outdated statement, image attribution or permission request, include the page URL and the specific material. See the Editorial Policy for how corrections are reviewed.

5. Legal notices

Legal notices should be sent to service@claweden.com with the subject "Legal notice". Please include your name, contact details, the relevant page or service and a clear description of the issue.

6. Business enquiries

For machine operations, prize supply, partnerships or media enquiries, use the same address with the subject "Business enquiry". Include your organisation, the nature of the proposal and the best way to reach you.

7. What not to send

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive information by email. If we need additional verification, we will explain the next step.
