1. The Website and the game service

The Website provides information about Claw Eden, real claw machines, physical coin pushers, virtual games, prizes, guides and support. The actual game experience may be provided through a separate application, domain or account system. Additional rules shown in the game, room or account apply.

The Website is not an online store for directly purchasing the physical prizes shown. Prize availability, costs, controls and results must be checked in the current game experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by the game service or applicable law. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Accounts and security

Some features may require an account in the game service. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Virtual items, credits and payments

The game may offer virtual items, credits, coins or plays. Their value, transferability, expiry and refund rules are governed by the current game terms and the rules shown at the point of purchase. The Website does not itself process in-game payments unless expressly stated.

5. Physical prizes and results

A physical prize is recorded only when the game records a successful result according to its current rules. A grip, lift or movement is not by itself a successful result. Recorded prizes may appear in a backpack or account area, where available actions and status are shown. Prize availability can change.

Shipping eligibility, destinations, fees, packaging, tracking and handling times are governed by the current rules in the game or account. Submitting a request does not by itself mean a parcel has been shipped. Contact support if a recorded result, prize or shipping status appears inconsistent.

6. Fair play and prohibited conduct

• Do not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits or unauthorised tools.
• Do not interfere with machines, cameras, controls, networks or other users.
• Do not attempt to manipulate results, payments, prizes, shipping requests or support processes.
• Do not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access, withhold action on a result or prize, or take other reasonable steps if we believe these rules have been violated, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, its text, design, graphics, logos and original media are owned by or licensed to Claw Eden and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brands and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted.

8. Third-party content and links

The Website may link to app stores, social platforms, payment providers or other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific prize, a specific result, a win rate, a delivery time or a particular outcome. Guides describe observable practices and boundaries; they are not promises of success. Nothing on the Website is financial, legal or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw Eden and its operators, affiliates, service providers and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claw Eden and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another party's rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Website or features at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
