Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MEGAWOW FINANCE INC. ("we", "us" or "our"), operating under the Claw Eden brand, handles personal information when you visit www.claweden.com (the "Website"). It does not replace any additional privacy terms that may apply inside the Claw Eden game service or on third-party platforms.
1. Who we are
The Website is operated by MEGAWOW FINANCE INC. ("we", "us" or "our") under the Claw Eden brand. Our registered address is 31st Floor One San Miguel Building, One San Miguel Ave., Ortigas Center, Second District, Pasig 1604, Philippines. For privacy questions, legal notices or requests about your personal information, contact service@claweden.com.
If you contact us, include enough information for us to identify the relevant page, game room, account or support request. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Your email address and the content of messages you send to support or other Claw Eden contact addresses.
- Information you choose to include in a support request, such as the game room, approximate play time, a description of the result shown in your account, or a screenshot.
- Any other information you voluntarily submit through a form, email or survey.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language and approximate region derived from your IP address.
- Pages requested, referring pages, timestamps, session and request identifiers, and error or security events recorded by our hosting infrastructure.
- Standard server logs used to operate the Website, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain security.
Analytics information
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Website is used. Analytics is loaded only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the consent banner or through the cookie controls. Before consent, analytics storage is denied. Analytics may include page views, sessions, interaction events, approximate location, device and browser information, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
Advertising information
If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled on the Website, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, limit ad frequency, measure ad performance and, where consent is available, personalize advertising. Advertising storage is currently denied by default. We will update this policy and the Cookie Notice if advertising is enabled.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and secure the Website and its supporting infrastructure.
- To respond to support requests, investigate reported issues and improve the clarity of our pages.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve navigation, content and performance, but only where analytics consent has been given.
- To detect abuse, fraud, automated attacks or activity that may violate our terms or applicable law.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
- To serve and measure advertising if advertising is enabled and the required consent has been obtained.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent for analytics and personalized advertising; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Website; the performance of a contract or steps requested by you when handling support requests; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary local storage to remember your analytics choice. The key claweden.analytics-consent.v1 stores "granted" or "denied" in your browser. Google Analytics cookies are set only after analytics consent. Advertising cookies may be set only if advertising is enabled and the required consent is in place. For details and controls, see our Cookie Notice.
6. Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 — analytics and aggregate reporting. See Google's privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google AdSense and Google advertising partners — if advertising is enabled, ad delivery, frequency control, measurement and personalization. See Google's advertising technologies.
- Hosting and content delivery providers — to deliver the Website, store logs and protect the service.
- Email and support providers — to receive and respond to messages sent to our support address.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
7. Advertising and personalized ads
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn about and manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also use aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu where available. Rejecting personalized advertising does not necessarily stop ads from being shown; it may make them less relevant.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Website, when required by law or legal process, when necessary to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of the relevant business. Service providers are expected to process information only for the purposes for which it was shared.
9. International transfers
The Website and its service providers may process information in different countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms. The privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
10. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Your consent choice remains in local storage until you clear it or change it. Analytics retention is configured in our analytics account. Server logs are kept for a limited operational and security period. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal or accounting obligations.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections and service-provider safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, request portability, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise a right, contact service@claweden.com. We may need to verify your identity and may decline requests where an exception applies.
13. Children's privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
14. External links
The Website may link to third-party sites, including app stores, social platforms and policy pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Website, our service providers or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Website where appropriate.
16. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email service@claweden.com. You can also use our support page for general help.
