Separate the physical action you see, the result recorded in your account, and the support review used when those states appear inconsistent.
What “real machine” means here
A Claw Eden real-machine experience uses physical arcade equipment viewed and controlled over the internet. The live view shows the machine while the available controls send an input to that equipment.
Claw Eden also contains virtual games. A virtual game result is produced by software and should not be described as a physical-machine result.
Visible action and recorded result
The physical action is what appears in the machine view. The recorded result is the success or failure associated with the completed play in the account system.
For a claw machine, touching, holding or lifting a prize is not enough: the prize must enter the prize chute and be recorded as successful. For a physical coin pusher, the result is tied to what the machine actually drops and what is recorded.
What to do during an interruption
Pause
If the video freezes, the connection drops or controls appear unresponsive, avoid making additional assumptions about the outcome.
Check the account
Review the recorded result or latest state shown for the play.
Keep useful details
Note the room and approximate play time. Do not publish private account or order information.
Contact support
Ask Claw Eden Support to review the available record if the result is missing or inconsistent.
