Choose the right game type
Claw Eden includes real claw machines, physical coin pushers and other virtual games. Open the game center and confirm the game type before applying a guide or making a play.
For a real-machine room, check the live view, current prize or reward explanation, displayed cost, controls and room instructions. Read these details from the current game rather than an old screenshot.
Make one deliberate play
In a real claw-machine room, position the claw and choose when to drop it. In a physical coin pusher, use the available arm and token-drop control. Other games use their own rules and interfaces.
Watch the complete play. First contact, visible movement or temporarily lifting a prize does not by itself define the final recorded result.
Review the recorded result
For a claw-machine play, the physical prize must enter the prize chute and be recorded as successful before it is added to the backpack. For a physical coin pusher, the reward depends on what the real machine actually drops and the result recorded for that play.
If the visible outcome and account record appear inconsistent, keep the room and approximate play time and contact support for review.
Manage a physical prize in your backpack
A successful physical prize is added to your backpack. The backpack shows the recorded item and the actions currently available for it.
